collecting pipi pipi
We are collecting pipi for dinner. There were heaps of pipi. Caroline is seeing if the bucket is getting full. Chrystal and Jack are showing their pipi.

We all got lots. Wayne came in from Coast Care to show us the different plants and animals. He showed us the difference between the female and the male spinifex. He's holding the female plant up high. The male is in his other hand, but it's hard to see.
This shows how high the sand dunes are. The plants hold the sand together, to stop it from eroding. Georgia thinks she's the spinifex queen! She put them in the back of her hat. Felicia is thinking, "Wow! That looks funny!"
We found an old abandoned hut. It was pretty dark and well sheltered. Danielle, Caroline and Georgia thought it was pretty cool.
stin
Bryan's Beach was beautiful. There was even a view of Whale Island. We found a stingray washed up on the beach.
This is the big bouncy pillow at the Ohiwa camp site. We played heaps of games on it, like Splash, and Chinese Whispers. The boys are doing some spectacular jumps: Oliver, Jamie, Chai, Cody, Sam and Reece show their tricks.
cricket
Chrystal, Caroline, Chai and Georgia are playing Jenga. Georgia made it fall over! Jamie had a very good shot. It went far across the road and into the caravan park!! LJ was being wicket keeper.
Caroline hits the muddy water
This is the big mud slide. Watch out Shannon, the mud is at the bottom! Tom, LJ and Alan are watching and squirting water at the sliders. This is Caroline at the bottom, going "Ooooh!" It was muddy and warm.
Felicia
Felicia looks like she's enjoying the mud. At least she didn't hit her head, like Cody, or scream, like Ethan! Oliver nearly splashed Mrs Broadhurst with his large splash landing. It was a really fast ride and slippery.
Room 11 with teacher Meg Broadhurst
Here we all are up at the pa site at Ohiwa. That's the spit in behind us. It was a really good view from there.
It's a shame we didn't get any photos of the glow worms, it was too dark! The glow worms were the best!!
We all thought the camp was really fun and we want to go back there one day. Thank you to all the parents that helped us. Thanks too to Mrs Broadhurst and Miss Robb for organising a great camp.
