On day one the Year 7s read to the juniors and played games. Here

Here's Fiona running away from Lily. |
Meanwhile, the yr 8s are at Centre Sports. Here we have Guy about
to throw the ball in netball. |

Two teams are going after the soccer ball but where
is it? |
Jemma has just bowled the yellow bowling ball. It's
a blur! |

Meanwhile, the year sevens were at Barrs' Farm doing team building
exercises. This team is working well to get each other safely over
the fence. |

Meanwhile, back at the skate park, Mr H has caught.... Emma! |
Then it's on to the pa site. We learned about its history then
played a mock battle! Room 12 attack! |
|
|
Look out Stephen, Amy is after you! |
Joel and his fellow attackers look tired after ten minutes of
do or die attacking! |
|
|
And finally, everyone met at the Awakeri Hot Pools. For some,
the battles just continued! |
Others just relaxed in the lovely warm water. This year no-one
even came close to beating the record for sausages eaten! Next year's
year eights Lucy, Jasmine, Reme and Fiona have had a good day. |
