The night started with music from the school orchestra, under the baton of Kate Robbie. They sounded great. Georgia, Waverley, Lila and Moana are in the front row. |
From the flutes round to the violins: Moana, Felicity, Elana, Amelia and Sirita. You can see Hannah on her clarinet in the background! |

|
Katy White and her punk friends made an impression when they walked in! A little different from playing the goodie as Robyn Hood, the female freedom fighter in the school production! |
Tawari Stanley's moko distracts you from his fine guitar skills. |

The seniors lead off the grand parade. |
There were some stunning costumes everywhere. These two Spanish senoritas Jenna and Molly look great! Later on Molly and Aaron delivered an excellent speech on behalf of all the 46 departing year eight. They said that they would always be Awakeri kids wherever they went. |

Everyone got to do some dances. Here are the juniors. |

So it was bye bye from all the year eights, obviously Sam , Tiaan and hippy Mekaela wish everyone a peaceful Christmas.
Mekaela Learmond, along with Molly Bradley, Savannah Jones and Sharnaye Hall were all given principal awards. |
Millie and Cara spent hours getting their make up right. They looked pretty terrifying! |
