Ag Day 2015

It's the day before Ag Day. Everyone is working on their indoor show entries. This is Regan Henderson creating a novelty animal. Ryan Mapu brought a fire extinguisher for his novelty container for a flower arrangement.
Whaea Andrea Maru helps Keegan Jones with his weaving. Ben Olifiers tries hard to get the air bubbles out of his aqua jar.
Room 9 painted these beautiful gourds Cooking was part of the indoor show too. Look at this decorated cake!
Ayla Rowe did very well with her pet goat Buddy. Ayla's highlight was spending lots of time with Buddy and getting to know what he does during the day. Ayla and Buddy were the supreme champion kids! Maddison Short brought her rat Puffin to the pet section. Puffin enjoyed running on his wheel with lots of people there to watch him.
Kaleb Grindrod gets his calf ready for judging. Mary Bragg had a good day with her dog Pat. They came first in the sausage throw. Pat enjoyed the sausage!
Jake Webb and his rough collie Blaze did really well. They got 1st place in the obstacle course. Billy Butterworth and Gaz had a great Ag Day!
Sophie Spod and her dog Milo look like they're having a very happy day! In the sausage throw Milo found the bag of sausages and ate six of them!!! Emily Robbie and her beautiful goat.
Fletcher Nolan had his chook The Colonel in the pets section. They got 52 points out of 60, but his sister Teigan took an Orpington and beat him by one point! The junior lambs section wait ready to go into the ring to be judged.
Liv Benner and her calf look like they belong together. Cuddles between Lucy Knott and her lamb Hugo. Lucy and Hugo got 3rd in best reared lamb, both at Ag Day and at Group Day.
