Do you want to be able to float in deep water to prevent yourself from drowning? for example, if you fell out of a boat with no life jacket,and no body noticed, you would want to be able to float for a long time, here's how you do it: |
STEPS: |
Step 1: Stay calm. | |
Step 2: Lie on your back in the water. | |
Step 3: Start to move your arms in a figure of 8 movement slowley, but fast enough to keep your head the water. | |
Step 4: Start to move your legs slightly not so much as you move forward but quick enough to keep your legs from sinking. |
Remember: Stay calm,keep your head back, and push your chest up. This is really easy if you stay calm |
