| What you need |

1 ball 4 chairs lots of people |
| Step 1 Get heaps of your friends but if you're a teacher get your students and a ball and four chairs. |  |

Step 2 Put a chair North, South, East and West, 6 meters apart then put the ball in the middle. |

Step 3 Divide your friends or class into four even teams. Then put each team behind a chair. Number them most experienced would be 1. And it would go down to least experienced. |

| Step 4 Then get a caller. That person will call a number. The people that are that number run for the ball and try and kick one of the other chairs with the ball. That's a goal. Then do it all over again. HAVE FUN. |   |
