How to make Sherbet

Tips for Kids:

Try not to wet the sherbet before you eat it because it will fizz up and you will lose everything.

What you need:

2 tsp Citric acid
2 tsp Baking soda
2 tsp Jelly crystals or Raro
2 cups Icing sugar
A bowl
A Sieve

Step 1

In a bowl measure 1 teaspoon of citric acid.

Step 2

In the same bowl add 1 teaspoons of baking soda and 1 teaspoons of jelly crystals or raro.

Step 3

Add the two cups of icing sugar. Mix well. Taste it to make sure it suits you. If it is too sour add more sugar and if it's too sweet add a little more citric acid.

Step 4

Sift everything to get rid of the chunks and make it look more appealing.

Step 5

Enjoy your sherbet.
The sherbet can be eaten with a spoon, a straw, a lollipop, and even clean fingers.
