Teachers v Uruguay 2018

Plenty of kids came to watch the Teachers take on our World Cup winning team Uruguay at lunchtime on the last day of term two. It was a special lunch day which is why some of the spectators are drinking on the sideline! Bonnie-Marie Wetting is pursued by Miss C-T, while Tejay Robinson makes a run up the line.	Mr Fitz passes the ball across field. This is while his hamstring was still in one piece!
And it's a penalty!! Referee Myles Ashton makes sure Bonnie-Marie places the ball on the spot.	She slots it past keeper of the moment Miss C-T.
Tejay and Bonnie pass the ball around Mr Sheather.	Miss C-T is surrounded by Uruguayan players: Kalib Schuler, Rhys Robertson, Talan Kennedy, Jaskamal, Mitchell Du Toit and Elijah Wetting. Mrs Elliot is in support. Miss C-T's tricky footwork will probably mean she gets out of this spot!
Josh Broadmore is in a race with Miss Ulrich and Miss Maunder	Miss Grundy's partner Logan collides with Tejay. Free kick!
Mr Sheather brings the ball out from defence.	Miss Dennis shows good control.
Elijah slides in to try and tackle Miss C-T.	Kobi Wetting takes on Mr Hawkes. Kobi was very unlucky late in the game, with his shot hitting the crossbar, which would have got a draw for Uruguay.
